Your choice comes first

Optional Google Analytics is off until you select “Accept analytics”. You can reject it and still use the website. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any main page to change your choice or withdraw consent. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may not persist.

First-party visit statistics

Only after you accept analytics, our website stores page views, timestamps, referring domain names and a random browser-tab session identifier in our hosted database. We do not store full IP addresses in these records or send inquiry contents with them. The session identifier is kept in session storage; visit records are retained for up to 90 days and older records are removed as new visits arrive. You may reject statistics and still submit an inquiry. Hosting infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare and processing may occur outside your country.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, popular pages, approximate country or region, device/browser information and interaction with our email and Alibaba links. Google receives technical connection information to process these visits. Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_89SL6E69R2, help distinguish browsers and sessions and are configured with a 180-day expiry, which may be renewed during visits.

We do not send inquiry text or form field contents to Analytics. Our implementation removes query strings and fragments from the page address reported to Analytics and limits the reported referring address to its origin. Email and Alibaba clicks are recorded as event names, not as submitted inquiries. Advertising consent remains denied and our tag disables Google signals and ad personalization signals.

Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites using its services. You may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Changing your preference

Rejecting analytics stops this site from loading the Google tag. If you previously accepted, rejecting clears this site’s accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page without analytics. It does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. Clearing browser storage also removes your saved preference.

Website delivery and contacting us

Our hosting and network providers process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from optional Analytics. The inquiry brief tool prepares text in your browser; it does not itself submit an inquiry to us. If you choose to email us or contact us on Alibaba, those services process your message under their own policies. We use messages you send to respond to your request and manage the business relationship.

Direct inquiry form

The separate “Send your inquiry directly” form sends your name, email, optional company/country/product/quantity, message and referring domain to our protected inquiry database when you submit it. We use this information to respond to your request. Only the authorized site administrator can access these records. Records remain available for business follow-up until removed following a retention review or an applicable deletion request; marking a record archived does not erase it. Form consent is separate from optional analytics consent. Email notifications are not currently enabled.
