What does the sample approval cover?
Agree the core or frame, finished dimensions, fabric, workmanship, labels and packing direction. Record changes so the bulk-production reference remains clear.
Can all pet products be compressed for shipping?
No. Coir mattresses, spring mattresses and upholstered frames require separate packing reviews. Confirm the selected model and measured carton data.
