Two constructions. One approval process.
Neither core is universally better. The final product depends on the complete layer structure, dimensions, cover and target market.

Care and protection
Say exactly what can be removed and cleaned.
“Removable,” “washable” and “waterproof” describe different things. The approved specification should identify the outer cover, protective layer, seams, opening and internal core.
- Confirm whether the cover is fitted, zippered or another approved structure.
- State which component may be washed and at what temperature.
- Define whether water protection covers the top, sides, seams and opening.
- Quote replacement covers as a separate item when available.
Private label development
Build a specification buyers can approve.
The OEM process starts with the product, not the logo. Structural changes and new material combinations may require a separate development sample.

Is every pet mattress made with memory foam?
No. Material combinations vary by model. A memory-foam layer may be available in a confirmed configuration, but it is not standard for every pet mattress.
How should I choose between 8 cm and 11 cm?
Compare the complete construction, target dimensions, product position and sample feel. A thicker mattress is not automatically the best choice for every pet or retail program.
Is the outer cover machine washable?
Washability must be confirmed for the selected fabric and construction. Follow the approved care label; “removable” alone is not proof that a component is machine washable.
Is the complete mattress waterproof?
Water protection depends on the approved cover and protective-layer construction. Confirm whether protection applies to the top, sides, seams and opening.
Can the product be compression or roll packed?
Packing suitability varies by core and construction. Coir and spring structures are evaluated separately before a packing method is confirmed.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the destination country, sales channel, dimensions, preferred core, quantity, cover requirement, branding and packaging request.
